Julien is a tri-lingual project management professional with a strong technical and process background. His expertise lies in managing large-scale international projects that require high-level coordination, technical understanding and cultural fluency.

As a Project Manager, Julien has led some of the most logistically and technically demanding assignments – most notably the successful delivery of secure wired and wireless data infrastructure for 42 Olympic stadiums in Japan. He was responsible for leading +200 local staff and engineers from various global service providers, overseeing critical areas such as timing, security, resourcing, logistics and live broadcasting.

Julien combines academic training in International Business Administration and Industrial Engineering with hands-on leadership experience. His ability to align teams that operate in different languages, time zones and technical domains sets him apart as a uniquely effective cross-border project leader.

In recent years, Julien successfully managed the implementation of an SAP system for the Japanese subsidiary of a Swiss-based company. Currently, he leads the Japan office of an international firm providing events consulting and operations, staffing and training services and more. His broad industry knowledge spans IT infrastructure, data transmission, mechanical and electrical engineering and process optimization.
